The circular economy approach, as an alternative paradigm to the linear economy, with an emphasis on reducing resource waste, reusing materials, recycling waste, and restoring natural capital, can provide a new path for the sustainability of rural tourism. The aim of this study is to analyze the factors affecting the development of sustainable tourism in rural areas of Iran by combining the two approaches of the circular economy and local community participation. The research method is descriptive-analytical and based on a systematic review of theoretical and empirical literature over the past five years (2020-2025). The findings show that institutional-managerial, economic-financial, socio-cultural, infrastructural-physical, and environmental-technological factors are the five key dimensions affecting the development of sustainable rural tourism with a circular economy approach. Local community participation as a facilitating and mediating factor strengthens the effectiveness of other factors. The proposed model of this research depicts the two-way interaction between the principles of the circular economy, social capital, and sustainable tourism development. The results emphasize the need to formulate integrated policies, empower local communities, and invest in circular infrastructure. توسعه گردشگری پایدار در مناطق روستایی ایران با چالش های ساختاری، زیست محیطی و اجتماعی متعددی روبه رو است. رویکرد اقتصاد چرخشی به عنوان پارادایمی جایگزین برای اقتصاد خطی، با تأکید بر کاهش اتلاف منابع، استفاده مجدد از مواد، بازچرخانی پسماندها و بازسازی سرمایه های طبیعی، می تواند مسیر جدیدی برای پایداری گردشگری روستایی فراهم کند. هدف این پژوهش، تحلیل عوامل مؤثر بر توسعه گردشگری پایدار در مناطق روستایی ایران با تلفیق دو رویکرد اقتصاد چرخشی و مشارکت جامعه محلی است. روش تحقیق از نوع توصیفی-تحلیلی و مبتنی بر مرور نظام مند ادبیات نظری و تجربی پنج سال اخیر (۲۰۲۰-۲۰۲۵) است. یافته ها نشان می دهد که عوامل نهادی-مدیریتی، اقتصادی-مالی، اجتماعی-فرهنگی، زیرساختی-کالبدی و زیست محیطی-فناورانه، پنج بُعد کلیدی مؤثر بر توسعه گردشگری پایدار روستایی با رویکرد اقتصاد چرخشی هستند. مشارکت جامعه محلی به عنوان عاملی تسهیل گر و میانجی، اثربخشی سایر عوامل را تقویت می کند. مدل پیشنهادی این پژوهش، تعامل دوسویه میان اصول اقتصاد چرخشی، سرمایه اجتماعی و توسعه گردشگری پایدار را به تصویر می کشد. نتایج بر ضرورت تدوین سیاست های یکپارچه، توانمندسازی جوامع محلی و سرمایه گذاری در زیرساخت های چرخشی تأکید می کند. https://ijallt.ir/downloadfilepdf/15176
